Sitrava is a digital subscription service. No physical goods are delivered.

Activation

Subscriptions are activated electronically after Sitrava confirms your payment. The customer receives an email confirmation and access to the account portal.

Application access

Supported Sitrava applications are downloaded from this website or a verified application-store listing. See the Apps page for supported platforms.

Timing

Access is normally provided shortly after successful payment. Delays may occur because of payment verification, security review, maintenance or account validation.

If access is not delivered

If you do not receive account access after payment, contact customer support with your order reference. High-risk orders may be reviewed manually before activation.
