Refund Policy

A configurable, commercially realistic framework. Not described as a 'money-back guarantee'.

Note: Final wording must be reviewed and approved by the merchant of record and payment provider before public launch.

Personal subscriptions

  • First-time annual subscriptions may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase.
  • Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law or where Sitrava is unable to provide the purchased service.
  • Renewal charges are normally non-refundable after processing. Customers who believe an unusual situation applies may contact support for review.

Eligibility limitations

Eligibility may be limited or refused where there is evidence of excessive use, misuse, fraudulent activity, repeated refund requests or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Banking and card-network processing times are outside Sitrava's direct control.

Relationship to cancellation

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund of past charges.

Business subscriptions

Business Secure refund eligibility is governed by the executed order form and the Business Service Terms.
