Answers reflect the service as it operates today: released applications, published locations, live subscriptions and the support route behind them.
It creates an encrypted connection between a supported device and a VPN server. Traffic on that section is protected from others on the local network. After the traffic leaves the VPN server it continues to the destination service, which applies its own security, logging and terms.
It does not make you anonymous to services you sign in to, it does not protect a compromised device or account, it does not guarantee security, and it does not authorise activity prohibited by law, an employer, an institution or a service provider.
No Sitrava application has been published yet, so no platform is listed as supported. Supported platforms, minimum system versions and installation steps will be published on the Apps page when an application is released.
Installation and connection instructions are published together with each released application, so that the steps match the version you actually download. Nothing is available to install at this time.
Check your network first, then switch to another Sitrava location in the application. If the problem continues, reinstall the latest build from the Apps page and contact support with your account email and the app version.
Sitrava does not currently operate a customer account system, a sign-in page or a device-management portal. Account management will be documented when the account system exists.
Subscriptions are account-based and priced in AED, billed monthly or annually. The amount shown on the Plans page is the amount charged, and the same amount is taken again at the start of each following interval until the subscription is cancelled. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the interval you have already paid for intact. The full rules are in the Subscription Terms.
Clicked IN FZE LLC is the merchant of record and carries the refund obligation. Eligibility, deadlines and exclusions are set out in the Refund Policy, and a refund request should quote the payment reference issued at checkout.

Sitrava is intended for lawful privacy and secure-connectivity purposes. A VPN does not make every activity anonymous or secure, and users remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, workplace requirements and third-party service terms.
