Terms and Conditions
Contract between the customer and Clicked IN FZE LLC.
Last updated: 2026-07-18. This is a demonstration document. It must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and adapted to the applicable UAE regulatory framework before public launch.
1. Contracting entity
These Terms are entered into between you (the "Customer") and Clicked IN FZE LLC ("Sitrava"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with a registered office at Business Center, Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account.
3. Service description
Sitrava provides subscription-based VPN and secure-connectivity services. Encryption applies between your supported device and the Sitrava VPN server. Availability, features and performance are described on the applicable product pages and may change from time to time.
4. Supported devices and application updates
Sitrava applications are published for the platforms and versions listed on the Apps page. You are responsible for keeping your device and the Sitrava application updated.
5. Subscription, prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are subject to VAT where applicable. The complete amount payable, taxes and renewal terms are shown before you complete your purchase.
6. Recurring billing and renewals
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. You authorise Sitrava (and its authorised payment provider) to charge your payment method at each renewal for the applicable amount. Renewal amounts, dates and payment methods are visible in your account portal.
7. Cancellation and access
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account portal without needing to telephone sales. Access to the service continues until the end of the paid subscription period.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable use
Your use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and in accordance with the laws applicable to you.
10. Suspension and termination
Sitrava may suspend or terminate access where there is credible evidence of a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, where required by law, or where continued provision poses a security or safety risk.
11. Intellectual property and software licence
Sitrava grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Sitrava applications for the duration of your subscription. All intellectual property rights remain with Sitrava or its licensors.
12. Third-party services
Sitrava is not responsible for third-party websites, services or content accessed through the VPN connection. Availability of any third-party service cannot be guaranteed.
13. Service limitations and disclaimer
Sitrava does not promise absolute anonymity and does not guarantee protection against every threat. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind not expressly set out here.
14. Changes to the service and to these Terms
Sitrava may change features, pricing or these Terms with reasonable notice, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the account portal.
15. Customer support
Support is provided through the channels published on the Contact page during published support hours.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable Emirate. Disputes will be handled in accordance with UAE law and the applicable dispute-resolution framework, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
