Terms and Conditions

The agreement between you and Clicked IN FZE LLC covering the Sitrava website, accounts, applications and subscriptions.

Effective and last updated: 30 July 2026. Published by Clicked IN FZE LLC.

1. Who you are contracting with

Sitrava is a secure-connectivity service operated by Clicked IN FZE LLC, trading as Sitrava, of Business Center, Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Clicked IN FZE LLC is also the merchant of record for every subscription sold through this website, and appears as the payee on card statements and receipts.

In these terms, “Sitrava”, “we” and “us” mean Clicked IN FZE LLC; “you” means the person or organisation holding a Sitrava account or using this website; and the “Service” means the Sitrava applications, servers, account area and supporting website.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading a Sitrava application or otherwise using the Service, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Subscription Terms, the Refund Policy and the Lawful Use Notice. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

Where you accept these terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and “you” includes that organisation.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You must be resident in, or purchasing from, a territory in which use of a virtual private network is lawful and in which we are able to sell. See service availability.
  • You must provide accurate account details, including a valid email address that you control, and keep them up to date.
  • You must not be subject to sanctions that prohibit us from supplying you, and you must not be purchasing on behalf of such a person.

4. What the Service is

Sitrava encrypts the connection between a supported device running a Sitrava application and a Sitrava server, and forwards your traffic onward from that server. This protects the traffic in transit between your device and the server, and replaces the IP address seen by the destination service with a Sitrava server address.

The encryption boundary ends at the Sitrava server. Anything beyond that point — the wider internet, the destination service, the content of accounts you sign in to, and the security of your own device — is outside our control and outside what the Service can protect.

4.1 What the Service does not do

  • It does not make you anonymous to every service you use.
  • It does not protect you if your device, browser, credentials or destination account are compromised.
  • It does not authorise activity that is prohibited by law, an employer, a school, or a service provider’s own terms.
  • It does not guarantee a particular connection speed, latency, routing path, or access to any specific third-party service.

5. Accounts and security

An account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sitrava subscriptions may be used on the number of simultaneous devices stated for your plan; sharing credentials outside your household or organisation is not permitted.

Tell us immediately at management@sitrava.online if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We may suspend an account while we investigate a credible security concern.

6. Licence to use the applications

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Sitrava applications on devices you control, for the duration of an active subscription, solely to access the Service. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, decompile or modify the applications, or remove any notices from them, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

All intellectual property in the Service, the applications, the Sitrava name, logo and website content remains ours or our licensors’. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

7. Subscriptions, pricing and payment

Subscriptions are sold on a monthly or annual basis and are priced in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). The price, billing period and device limit that apply to you are those shown on the plans page and confirmed at checkout and on your receipt.

  • Formation. A subscription is formed when your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway and we send your order confirmation.
  • Payment processing. Card payments are taken on a hosted gateway (merchant reference sitrava). Card numbers are never received, processed or stored by this website.
  • Taxes. Prices are inclusive of UAE VAT where it applies. Any withholding, import or local tax imposed in your own jurisdiction is your responsibility.
  • Failed payments. If a payment or renewal fails, we may retry it and may suspend the Service until payment succeeds.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Changes apply from your next renewal and we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before the renewal date.

8. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page, or by emailing management@sitrava.online.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your subscription remains active, and you keep access, until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not, by itself, create a refund; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day window on a first subscription.

9. Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully. Without limiting the Acceptable Use Policy, you must not use the Service to:

  • commit, facilitate or conceal any criminal offence;
  • send spam, conduct phishing, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorised access to any system or account;
  • carry out denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, credential stuffing or network abuse of any kind;
  • infringe intellectual property rights or distribute unlawful material, including child sexual abuse material;
  • harass, threaten, defame or endanger any person, or breach applicable sanctions or export controls;
  • resell, rebrand or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement, or place unreasonable load on the network through automated or commercial-scale use.

Suspected abuse can be reported to management@sitrava.online. Security vulnerabilities should be reported under our vulnerability disclosure policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where it is reasonable to give it, if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if payment fails, if your use presents a security or legal risk, or if we are legally required to do so. Where a termination is for our convenience rather than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period.

You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service. Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

11. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability depends on your network, device, location and the destination service. Planned maintenance and material incidents are recorded on the service status page.

We may add, change, or withdraw features, applications, protocols and server locations. Where a change materially reduces the Service you have paid for, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

12. Privacy and logging

How we handle personal data, what we do and do not record about connections, and how long records are kept, is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. We may disclose information where we are legally required to, and we will only disclose what we actually hold.

13. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including a hosted payment gateway, hosting and network providers, and app distribution platforms. Their own terms govern your relationship with them where you interact with them directly. We are not responsible for the content or practices of destination websites and services you reach through the Service.

14. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet a specific regulatory requirement, defeat any particular form of surveillance or filtering, or provide access to any named third-party platform.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business or data; and
  • our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your infringement of a third party’s rights.

17. Support and complaints

Support is provided by email at management@sitrava.online, Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00 (GST). If you are not satisfied with an outcome, reply to the same address marking your message “Complaint”; complaints are reviewed by a senior member of the team and answered in writing. Further routes are described on the support page.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published here with its effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before it applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

19. Assignment, severability and entire agreement

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction, save that mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence are unaffected.
