Sitrava is designed for people and organisations that need understandable controls and clear service boundaries, not vague privacy promises.
The core function of the service: the Sitrava application creates an encrypted connection between the device it runs on and a Sitrava server.
Choose any published Sitrava location, or let the application connect to the nearest available server.
The application re-establishes the encrypted connection after a network change or a dropped link.
One account can be signed in on up to five devices at the same time on a multi-device plan.
A command-line Linux client is in internal testing.
Feature availability depends on the supported app version and subscription plan. Sitrava does not describe protocols, encryption standards, logging behaviour, speed, uptime or coverage until those facts are verified and approved for publication.

The service definition is written against four concrete situations rather than an abstract privacy audience.
Remote and travelling professionals
Shared and captive networks are the ordinary working environment for consultants, auditors and field staff. An encrypted tunnel to a known server removes the local network operator from the list of parties who can read the traffic in transit.
Boundary: It does not protect information you hand to the destination service, and it does not replace your employer's own access controls.
Households and families
Households want a plain arrangement: a set device allowance, a known monthly amount in AED, no bundled extras and no auto-added upgrades. Sitrava plans are written so the allowance and renewal rule can be read in a single line.
Boundary: A VPN is not parental control, malware protection or content filtering, and Sitrava does not present it as any of those.
Small teams and sole traders
Small firms handling client material need something defensible on paper: a named merchant of record, an invoiceable AED amount, written subscription terms and a support address that resolves to a person.
Boundary: Sitrava does not currently offer central administration, user provisioning or organisation-level reporting, and will not advertise them until they exist.
Privacy-conscious individuals
People who read privacy pages closely are usually looking for what is missing. Sitrava publishes the boundary of the service first, and treats every unverified claim as something to withhold rather than something to imply.
Boundary: No provider can offer anonymity. Sitrava states this rather than working around it in marketing language.
