Business Service Terms

These terms supplement the Terms and Conditions and apply to customers subscribing to Sitrava Business. Individual order forms may add or vary terms as agreed in writing.

Order form and term

Business subscriptions commence on the effective date set out in the order form and continue for the agreed term. Renewals are handled as specified in the order form.

Users and roles

The customer is responsible for managing user accounts, roles and access rights within the administrator console.

Invoicing and payment

Business subscriptions are invoiced in accordance with the order form. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension after notice.

Support

Business customers receive priority technical support during published support hours.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as necessary for the purposes of the agreement.

Data processing

Where applicable, a data processing addendum will be entered into as part of the business subscription.
