Subscription and Renewal Policy

Subscription types

Sitrava offers Monthly Secure (monthly billing), Annual Secure (annual billing) and Business Secure (contract-based billing).

Subscription formation and activation

A subscription is formed when Sitrava confirms your payment through its authorised payment provider. The subscription is activated after backend validation of the payment — never based on a browser redirect alone.

Automatic renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. The renewal price is the price of the equivalent then-current plan. Sitrava discloses recurring billing at checkout and displays renewal amounts and dates in the account portal.

Customer authorisation

By completing checkout you authorise Sitrava and its payment provider to charge your payment method at renewal for the applicable amount.

Payment retries and failed renewal

If a renewal charge fails, the payment provider may attempt a limited number of retries. If renewal ultimately fails, the subscription will not renew and access will end at the paid period.

Plan changes

You may change plan from your account portal. Plan-change effective dates and any pro-rata handling are displayed at the point of change.

Cancellation and access

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to the service continues until the end of the paid subscription period.

Business subscriptions

Business Secure subscriptions are governed by an executed order form and the Business Service Terms, including invoicing, term and renewal conditions.

Taxes and receipts

Prices are subject to VAT where applicable. Receipts are issued after each successful charge and are available in the account portal.
