1. Who is responsible
Clicked IN FZE LLC ("Sitrava") operates this website and is responsible for the information described here. Registered office: Business Center, Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Privacy contact: management@sitrava.online.
2. What this website does not do
This website does not operate customer accounts, does not take payments, does not run a VPN application and does not process VPN connection data. There is therefore no account data, billing data, card data or connection data associated with it.
3. Information handled
- Enquiry details: the name, email address, country or market, stated type of interest, optional device preference and optional message you submit through the contact form, or the contents of an email you send to a published Sitrava address.
- Technical information necessary to serve the website: such as the request information handled by the hosting infrastructure in order to deliver pages.
Account details, subscription and payment records, support correspondence, and operational connection metadata such as session duration and data volume.
4. Purpose
Enquiry details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked to be contacted about availability, to send you approved information about the service when it becomes available. Sitrava does not sell personal information and does not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
5. Retention
Account and billing records are retained for the period required by UAE law. Operational connection metadata is retained for up to 30 days.
6. Providers
Sitrava relies on a website hosting provider and an email provider to receive and store enquiries. Sitrava does not publish a wider subprocessor list until further providers are contracted for a live service.
7. International transfers
Where a provider processes information outside the United Arab Emirates, Sitrava requires contractual protections appropriate to that transfer.
8. Security
Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people who need it to reply. Sitrava does not publish claims about certifications, audits or specific technical controls until those controls are in place and approved for publication.
9. Your rights and contact
You may ask what information Sitrava holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing management@sitrava.online. If you prefer, use the contact page.
10. Children
This website is not directed to people under the age of 18 and Sitrava does not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes
When Sitrava introduces accounts, applications or subscriptions, this policy will be replaced with one describing those activities before they begin.
