Privacy Policy
How Sitrava handles your information.

1. Who we are
Clicked IN FZE LLC operates the Sitrava Secure service and this website. For privacy questions contact management@sitrava.online.
2. Information we process
We process the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email, contact number, subscription.
- Contact information: messages sent to support, business or privacy channels.
- Billing references: billing address, payment status, transaction reference and the last four digits of the card where returned by the payment provider.
- Device information: device type, operating-system version, application version, device identifier used to enforce device limits.
- Application diagnostics: application errors, connection failures and performance diagnostics (optional, where technically possible to opt out).
- Security events: login attempts, password-reset activity, MFA events, suspected abuse.
- VPN-related technical data: aggregated technical information required to operate the service.
- Website analytics: pages viewed and interactions, subject to your cookie choices.
Sitrava does not currently state that browsing activity is not collected. That claim will only be added when technically validated.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use this information to operate accounts, process payments and renewals, provide support, protect the service, meet legal obligations and improve reliability.

See our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent where required.
5. Sharing with service providers
We share information with a limited set of service providers: payment processors, hosting providers, transactional email providers, customer-support providers and fraud-prevention providers. A current subprocessor list is published in the Trust Centre once contracts are finalised.
6. Legal disclosures
We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights, safety and property, and to prevent fraud or abuse.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Retention periods will be documented per category once finalised.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access and monitoring.
9. International processing
Depending on the region you connect from, your information may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates. Where required, appropriate safeguards are put in place.
10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your information. Requests can be made from the account portal or by contacting management@sitrava.online.
11. Children
Sitrava is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes
Material changes will be notified by email or through the account portal.
