Operating — subscriptions open

An encrypted connection, engineered before it was sold.

Sitrava encrypts traffic between your device and a Sitrava server. Released applications for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, six verified server locations, and subscriptions in AED from 32 a month with cancellation from your account at any time.

Sitrava is operating. Applications are released for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, six server locations are live, and subscriptions are open in AED with automatic renewal and a 14-day refund window on a first subscription.

The device-to-server segment is the part Sitrava encrypts. It is also the only part it can speak for.

Privacy architecture

How the service is built and operated. Sitrava holds no security certification today and does not claim one; an independent review of the released client is under way.

Encrypted device-to-server segment

The client encrypts traffic between the device it runs on and a Sitrava server. Traffic continues unchanged to its destination after it leaves that server.

Account data separated from connection handling

Billing and account records are held apart from the systems that carry connections, so one does not depend on the other to function.

Minimum data collection by design

Sitrava collects only what is needed to operate an account and meet record-keeping obligations. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what that is.

No unsubstantiated logging claim

Sitrava does not publish a blanket no-logs slogan. The Privacy Policy describes precisely which connection and account records are kept and for how long.

What a VPN connection does not do

  • A VPN does not make users anonymous to every service.
  • A VPN does not guarantee privacy if the device, account, browser or destination service is compromised.
  • A VPN does not authorise activity that is prohibited by law, an employer, a school or a service provider.
  • Experience varies by network, device, location and destination service.

Sitrava is intended for lawful privacy and secure-connectivity purposes. A VPN does not make every activity anonymous or secure, and users remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, workplace requirements and third-party service terms.

Encryption applies between your device and the Sitrava server. It does not remove the security, privacy or legal responsibilities associated with the destination service.

How this website decides what to publish

Six working rules that govern every page, diagram and claim on sitrava.online.

01

Publish it only when it is true today

A platform, location, price or capability appears on this website only after the underlying fact is verified. Anything unverified stays behind a gate in the site configuration rather than being softened into marketing copy.

02

State the boundary before the benefit

Every description of the connection names where encryption starts and where it stops. A reader should finish the page knowing what remains their responsibility.

03

No manufactured evidence

No invented speed tests, no fabricated server maps, no synthetic review counts, no borrowed certification badges. Where there is no evidence, there is no graphic.

04

One amount, one interval, one rule

Prices are shown in full in AED, with the renewal interval and the cancellation route stated in the same view as the amount. No introductory rate that silently changes on renewal.

05

A named counterparty

The legal entity, registered office, merchant of record and contact address are published on the site and repeated at checkout, so you always know who you are contracting with.

06

Release readiness is a checklist, not a launch date

Applications, servers, account systems and support routes open when each is genuinely ready. The Trust Centre carries the outstanding items rather than a countdown.
