What has to be true before a location is listed
A location is a commitment to keep something running, not a marker on a map. Each of these has to hold before a name appears in the table above.

The location is running and reachable
Not provisioned, not reserved, not planned for the next quarter. Running, and accepting connections from supported applications.

It is monitored
Availability is checked continuously rather than assumed, so a location that stops working can be withdrawn from this page instead of quietly failing.

Its plan availability is defined
Which subscriptions can reach it, stated explicitly, so nobody buys a plan for a location that plan does not include.

It has been verified for publication
A dated check by the operator, shown in the table as a last-verified date so the age of the claim is visible.
Why there is no coverage map
Counting locations is the easiest number in this industry to inflate, and the hardest for a customer to check.
A large share of the location counts advertised in this category are virtual: one physical site answering for many named countries, or a capacity reservation that has not been brought online. The map looks impressive and tells the reader nothing about whether the specific place they need is working today.
Sitrava publishes locations one at a time, with the date each was last verified, and withdraws them when they stop meeting the conditions above. A short honest list is more useful than a long decorative one, and it can be checked.
