Applications and platform support

What an application listing here will contain

So that a release can be judged rather than trusted, every published application will carry the same set of facts on the day it appears.

Version and release date

The exact build offered for download, with the date it was published and the date it was last updated.

Minimum system version

The lowest operating-system version the build is tested against, stated per platform rather than as a general claim.

Distribution route

Where the build genuinely comes from — the official store listing or a signed download on this domain. Nothing else should be trusted as Sitrava software.

Supported features

The functions that exist in that build. A function that is not in the build is not listed, even if it is planned.

Known limitations

What the build does differently on that platform, published alongside the features rather than buried in release notes.

Support route

Who answers a problem with that build, at which address, and what information to include when reporting it.

Installing software safely, whoever it comes from

General guidance that applies to any connectivity application, including ours.

  • Download only from the official store listing or the official domain. Search adverts and mirror sites are the usual route for repackaged installers.
  • Check the publisher name on the store listing against the legal entity named on the provider's website before installing.
  • Treat any application that asks for more permission than the function needs as a reason to stop and read.
  • Keep the operating system current. A connectivity application cannot compensate for an unpatched device.
  • Remove applications you no longer use, and cancel the subscriptions attached to them.
